Ok I have tried doing this twice & payments have been made thru pay pal & I am going thru the fetch it , but I am not getting anything to download ??? Payment one was 9.50 no pending payment . Second time I tried now I have an Echeck pending coming right out of my account . STILL NO DOWNLOAD ... AND WHEN I GO TO FETCH IT . IT IS TAKING ME BACK TO PAYPAL TO MAKE ANOTHER PAYMENT ?

I have paid a total of now 19.00 ~ and still no download

SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ........ PAYMENT WAS MADE THRU

Ok Starr -- don't worry we will credit you. Let's first see what the problem is. We sent you an eMail a few minutes ago. Provide us some information. In particular which LINK were you using? We use PayLoadZ to distribute our downloads and you should have been provided a download link. We also see that somehow the first time you tried to pay by eCheck. That may have caused a problem Either way we will get you the download and be sure that your PayPal account is credited the overpayments.

Ok don't worry... we think we isolated the problem. We checked the your account and we see that you have paid twice but one of the payments (the check is on hold. We will be able to credit you the difference.

I will see if I can have the PayloadZ system send you the download link directly. We have to log in there it may take a few minutes.
