Need some help

Hi i dont know if you can help but since I got the v3 arcade from here I figured I would ask here first. I had to change alot of the info to correspond to my database to get the arcade functions working in the phpbb admin area. but after adding a game and trying to run it I get this

Any type of help what is causing this I would be very greatful. Thanks in advance

Ok well I got the games to work now, but not fully. So here's the problem now after playing I hit submit score and it goes to an error saying the game dont exist. Is there anyone that can help me figure this part out, seems like it should be something easy not like the last one of changing every file
