They used to do this in Singapore. A guy I went to Uni with had to have a haircut at the airport before they’d let him through Customs… I thought those days had passed 20 years ago.
North Korea is a land of contradictions whose citizenry are proud, stubborn and very eccentric. The country’s nationalism inspired by an anal retentive government validates all edicts and is rarely questioned.
